Fish Oil

Omega 3 is extremely good for brains. Omega 3 is found in oily fish, such as salmon, anchovies, sardines and tuna. If you don’t eat these 3 times a week, find a good fish oil supplement and take it daily.

Our grandparents called fish "brain food" and now modern science has proved them right.
